Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We do not collect financial information (their credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with them when necessary or to alert them of special pricing on the products they use most. Financial information that is collected to bill the customer for products and services is encrypted from further use.

Shipping
All orders received before 2:30 PM California time Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day. Shipping rates to Hawaii and PR may vary. We will email you if the rate is much more then what you have selected. If it is less we will credit your charge card.

UPS does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays as shipping days. UPS does not deliver to US postal boxes.

International Customers
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to an increased shipping charge determined by the United State Post Office.

We recommend that you select one of the 4 shipping choices that matches your order amount. You will be notified by Email if the charges are significantly higher. Your response by Email will be necessary prior to shipping out your order. If you do not receive an Email from us you can expect to receive your order within 7 to 15 working days depending on your country. All orders refused, returned or rejected by yourself or customs in your country will be credited to your credit card account with the exception of the shipping charges.

International Customers
Please make sure the billing address you are using matches the address of where you receive your credit card statement. Until gas prices get back to normal the shipping companies are charging higher prices to international customers. To assure your package is not temperature damaged we suggest staying with the 3 to 10 day deliveries times. All supplements will maintain stability for a 2 weeks delivery period and some even longer. US mail, UPS and Fed-X are the best forms of shipping at the present time. If you would like to save money on shipping charges, have us send your order UPS GROUND to a friend you know in the US and they can forward the order to you. Shipping charges range between $36.00 and $85.00 depending on the weight. You will be notified if the shipping charges are different then what you select. Orders handled by Bank wire transfers do receive priority on shipping. If you choose a wire transfer please email us with all the shipping details. We try to have all products delivered in 3 to 10 days. If you are not in a rush for your order please let us know. This will reduce the shipping charges.

Return Policy/Government Regulations

Return Policies are designed to protect the customer. Before return policies were mandated, customers could return any product for any reason over any period of time. This was causing customers to receive product that were old, possibly stored wrong or opened and resealed. New regulations prevented any of these problems to continue. This policy resolved any chance of a product from being tampered which was becoming a serious problem in the US.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return any unopened products within 30 days for a prompt refund. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY. Results cannot be guaranteed on food, drugs or dietary supplements. When making a return please call (714) 847-3804 or E-mail customersupport@ndinutraceuticals.com and request an RA number and an address. The address below is for letters only. Please explain in detail why the return is being made.
